Professional and up hold 10 GB, about 5 million, and more costs $4 for 100 MB a month. Outside models need your own key or Zoho's credits, and its agents are free while the tokens they use are not. - **Professional** and up, for Zia's agents, its email reading and summaries, and its smart prompts. Enterprise gets 4,000 and Ultimate 6,000. Twice a month on Standard, Professional and Enterprise, and four times on Ultimate, then $12 a backup ([Zoho CRM editions](https://www.zoho.com/crm/complete-feature-list.html)).
