Done typing into monday.com?

PlatformPilot reads your email and chat, keeps your people, companies and deals current, and shows you the message behind every change. It asks before it changes a record, and after five approvals in a row it can work alone.

Every monday.com claim on this page links to monday.com's own pages.

A deal in PlatformPilot: from Priya Nair's email, the Brain proposes a new amount and close date for the Halden Freight renewal, and nothing changes until you approve.

Monday mornings, minus the typing.

On monday.com, someone types each update in, or writes the prompts for its AI to. On PlatformPilot, you read what changed and why, and approve it.

On monday.com

5 steps a deal
  1. Read Priya's email about the renewal.
  2. Open the deal.
  3. Type the new amount.
  4. Type the new close date.
  5. Do the same for every other deal that moved.

monday.com's AI can fill fields from emails, once you write the prompts: AI actions that use Emails & Activities.

On PlatformPilot

2 steps a deal
  1. Read the proposed update and the email behind it.
  2. Approve.

Later, not even that. After five approvals in a row, it can work alone.

monday.com sells it to you in pieces.

Its CRM is priced apart from its work management. Every CRM plan stops somewhere. Seats come in buckets. And holding your own encryption key is an add-on.

CRM prices before tax, as monday CRM pricing listed them on Oct 24, 2026.

Automations and AI have limits too: everything monday.com counts.

6 people. 10 seats.

“Our pricing plans start at a minimum of 3 seats, and then ascend in multiples of 5.” A team of 4 buys 5 seats. A team of 6 buys 10. A team of 11 buys 15.

Built in: part of the product. Partly: some of it, or only once you set it up. Costs extra: an add-on or a higher plan. Not found: not in monday.com's public documentation.

Switch in three steps.

  1. Export your boards to Excel.

From each board's menu, choose More actions, then Export board to Excel. monday.com's guide

  2. Upload them to PlatformPilot.

It maps the columns and shows you a preview before it saves anything.

  3. Connect your mail and chat.

Gmail or Outlook, Slack or Teams. From then on, it learns from the work itself.

By the way, bring your projects too.

Connect your monday.com boards and each item comes into Tickets, in the same CRM as your clients. When you're ready, disconnect: the tickets stay, every field yours. One tool, one bill.

Before you switch.

Why switch from monday.com to PlatformPilot?

To stop typing your deals into boards, and to stop paying for two products. PlatformPilot learns from your email and chat, shows where every fact came from, asks before it changes a record, brings your projects into Tickets, and keeps your encryption key in your own Google Cloud on every plan.

How much does monday.com's CRM cost?

$12, $17 or $28 a seat a month on Basic, Standard or Pro, billed yearly, or $18, $25 or $41 billed monthly. Ultimate has a custom price. Every plan starts at 3 seats (monday CRM pricing).

Does monday.com have a minimum number of seats?

Yes. Plans start at 3 seats, then go up in multiples of 5, so a team of four buys 5 seats and a team of six buys 10 (monday.com support).

Can one person use monday.com's CRM?

Only by buying 3 seats (monday.com support). PlatformPilot's Solopreneur plan is made for one person.

Can I move my monday.com projects too?

Yes. Connect your monday.com boards and each item comes into Tickets as a ticket, with its status. When you're ready, disconnect: the tickets stay in PlatformPilot, every field yours to edit, so you pay for one tool instead of two.

Is there a free version of monday.com?

Only for work management. monday.com's Free plan leaves out its CRM, which has a 14-day trial instead (monday.com's plans and pricing).

How do I export my data from monday.com?

Open a board's menu, then More actions and Export board to Excel. Groups and selected items export too, and an account admin can download all of the account's data, every board and file, as one zip file (monday.com's guide).

Is monday.com a CRM?

It sells one: monday CRM is a product of its own, priced apart from monday.com's work management, so a work management plan does not include it and a team that uses both pays for both (monday.com's plans and pricing).
