Zoho sells its CRM, its helpdesk and its projects as separate apps, each with its own licences, or all of them in Zoho One for every employee. On PlatformPilot, Tickets is part of the CRM, beside the clients the work is for.

    “A parent task can have up to 6 levels of subtasks.” On PlatformPilot, sub-tickets go up to 1,000. Zoho Projects does have Gantt charts, dependencies and timesheets, which Tickets doesn't yet.

    Add Zoho's own MCP server to PlatformPilot and sign in. It reaches your CRM, Desk and Projects (Zoho MCP).

  2. Ask your agent to bring it over.

    Contacts, accounts and deals become people, companies and deals, and open tickets and tasks become tickets.

  3. Connect your mail and chat.

    Gmail or Outlook, Slack or Teams. From then on, it learns from the work itself.

Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects don't sync into Tickets: your agent brings the work over once, and you carry on in PlatformPilot.

Does Zoho One include Zoho CRM?

Its standard plan does, with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects (Zoho One plan details). The price per employee, $37 a month billed yearly, needs a licence for every employee (Zoho One pricing).

Do I need a Zoho Desk licence to answer tickets from Zoho CRM?

Yes. To create or reply to tickets from the CRM, a person needs both a CRM and a Desk licence. Without Desk, they can see tickets but not answer them (Zoho CRM help).

How deep can subtasks go in Zoho Projects?

Six levels below a task (Zoho Projects help). PlatformPilot's sub-tickets go up to 1,000 levels, or 10 under a roll-up that counts the whole tree.

Does PlatformPilot have Gantt charts or time tracking?

Not today, nor dependencies, which Zoho Projects has. Tickets work on boards and in tables, by status, priority or any field you add, with due dates and late work flagged.

Can my clients see their projects?

The client portal is in pilot with select customers. Ask about it when you book a demo.

How much does PlatformPilot cost?
