Out of HubSpot credits?
On HubSpot, AI runs on credits: 500, 3,000 or 5,000 a month by edition, and what's left is gone at the month's end. When they run out, the features that use them pause until the month resets or you buy more. Workflows, API calls and custom objects are counted by edition too. On PlatformPilot, your records are never counted, and an answer that has started always finishes.

Every edition counts something.
And the way past each limit is a higher edition, a pack, or more credits.
$10a month for 1,000 more credits, for the rest of your term
Professional includes 3,000 HubSpot Credits a month, and “unused credits do not roll over into the following month.” Each pack of 1,000 more stays on your bill until your commitment term ends.

Without bought credits, “any usage-based features will pause until your next reset date,” or until you buy more. Once you buy some, going over upgrades you or bills each credit, under a cap set 50% above your monthly credits.

On HubSpot, AI comes by the credit.
Credits come with each edition and reset every month. Each agent spends them at its own rate, and extra credits cost a cent each.
